Finding A Product

Here's what you need to know about the product - types, browsing and searching.

Our products are categorized into their item groups or under their respective manufacturers.

You can also save time by typing in the keywords or phrases in the Advance Search box that describe what you want - be it 'Nippon Paint', or 'paint roller' - and we'll show you the matches.

Placing An Order

Now that you have found the item you are looking for, you need to place the order. Here's how to order and what happens after you place.

How do I order online?

Buying hardware online has never been easier! Once you have browsed our site and found what you like, just follow these steps:

• Click the "buy now" button. You will see details of the product.
• Click the "add to cart" button. Your shopping cart will be displayed. You can make modifications to the quantity here.
• Click the "checkout" button. If you're a registered member, you'll may log in with your email and password. Otherwise, click the "I’m a New Customer" button to register your particulars.
• Once you have logged in, you'll need to verify delivery information - no need to enter anything if you provided your delivery address during registration. However, you need to click “ Change Delivery Address” if you wish to deliver to a new address.
• Next is your billing information. Again, there's no need to fill in your details if you are already logged in.
• You may opt to skip the delivery and billing preview and proceed straight to confirm order. Then, the payment-handling mechanisms based on your selected payment mode will be set at cash on delivery.
• Once you have confirm your order, voila - your order is complete!

What happens after I confirm my order online?

After you have confirm your order, the following will be made available:

Your order is given a unique Order ID and placed on our processing list. The following will also be made available:

• An email will be sent to you, notifying you of the order.
• You can begin to track the status of your order via our Order Tracking service (please login to access this feature)

Our customer service representatives will be in touch with you by phone to verify your order and delivery date, time and address.

What if I don't receive any email from estore.com.sg?

We send out the notification email as soon as your order is completed, so you should receive it shortly. If you don't hear from us at all, the delay could be caused by heavy web traffic or overwhelming seasonal orders. You may call us at 96315540 if you have any doubts over the status of your order. If you have been given an Order ID, please quote this in your communication.

Can I cancel or modify order?

If your order has not been delivered, please give us a call at 96315540. However, if your order has already been processed, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed.

Making Payment

Currently we only accept cash upon delivery of your order.

Can we collect from our order to save on shipping charges?

Yes, you may collect your order from our office located at Blk 1 YS-ONE #01-13 Yishun St. 23 Singapore 768441 to save on shipping charges.

Please indicate on the comment box during checking out or verify with our staff during our phone order confirmation.

Can we exchange any faulty products?

Yes, you may request for an exchange for the same product or another product of the same value.

However, we do not entertain any request for refund as sales purchase are final.
