How do we place an order?
Firstly, you need to register with our website and log in with your password before placing an order with us. In the event that you are unable to register or log in to our website, you can email us your order at sales@estore.com.sg
What is the order process like?
Once we have received your order or email, we will contact your through the phone to confirm your order and stock availability. Our customer service officer will then confirm the delivery or collection date, location and time.
For overseas customers, we will send you an email to confirm your order and shipping rates before sending a paypal invoice to you.
How fast can we expect delivery for local orders in Singapore?
Depending on stock availability, you can expect delivery on the same day if we have received and confirmed your order before 9.00am on that day. Otherwise, orders received after 9.00am will be delivered on the following working day.
What is your delivery hours like?
Our delivery timing is between 12.00 pm – 4.00 pm from Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sunday or Public Holidays. Special delivery can be arranged beyond our normal delivery timing but a surcharge of between S$15.00 – S$50.00 may apply.
Please check with our staff for the surcharges before placing an order.
What are your local delivery charges like?
We charge a flat fee of S$15.00 per trip. A surcharge of S$5.00 – S$30.00 may apply for delivery locations within ERP gantries, Sentosa Island and for delivery address with no direct lift landing access.
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, NETS (for self-collection) and credit card payment through Paypal only.
What if the product that I have purchased is now working?
In the event that the item you have purchased is defective, we will either replace the item or give you a full refund as long as the product is returned in its original and resaleable condition.
Request for exchange must be made within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that paint purchases are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund, in case an order is not fulfilled. The due amount will be charged back to the originating account through Paypal.
Can we cancel our order?
We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can.
Please note the following :
» Cancellation must be made at least 48 working hours before the requested day of delivery for local orders.
» No cancellation is allowed for overseas orders once the order is confirmed.
» For cancellation request received less than the stipulated time, only 50% of the order value is refundable.
» In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply and cancellation is not allowed.
» Please email cancellation requests to us at sales@estore.com.sg with your order number.
Limitation of Liability
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Estore Retail Network Pte Ltd's liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of Estore Retail Network Pte Ltd or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.
The customer shall not seek from Estore Retail Network Pte Ltd the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.
